For your convenience, we offer same day assessments at all of our outpatient offices.
For Boone, Hendricks, Marion, and Montgomery Counties, same day assessments are available from 8:00am–2:00pm, Monday through Thursday.
For Putnam County, same day assessments are available from 9:00am–2:00pm, Monday through Thursday.

At Cummins, our goal is to help you improve your daily functioning and quality of life, with a special focus on building resiliency. We will help you find hope as you begin or continue your recovery journey.
We provide services to all individuals regardless of age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or disability. Persons age 18 or older may self-refer for treatment; for persons under the age of 18, a legal guardian may request treatment.
